As Osaka has been designated as a target area for the “Special Zones for Financial and Asset Management Businesses,” it is now possible to realize deregulation across a wide range of fields—from finance to other growing industries. Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City are seeking specific ideas and needs for regulatory reform and other initiatives to help create an environment where domestic and international financial businesses can take on new challenges. If your business has faced regulatory barriers—such as proposals previously not approved by the prefecture or city, or entirely new ideas—please feel free to consult with us.
