Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City have established the portal website “Global Financial City OSAKA” for collecting necessary information in order to attract human resources, funds, and information from overseas toward the realization of a global financial city. We will gradually enhance the website (including multilingual support) to provide access information on living environment, education, etc., including various related procedures.
We approved the strategic outline (draft) and then formulated the strategic outline at the First General Assembly of the Global Financial City OSAKA Promotion Committee in 2021.

As the first collaborative project between Osaka Prefecture/Osaka City and a private organization, a Business Collaboration Agreement was consummated between SBI Holdings Inc. and Iwai Cosmo Securities Co., Ltd., which are members of the Promotion Committee, and the Fintech Association of Japan, which is an observer organization.
